Forex trading Trader, FX/Associate Trader (FX) We are looking to add a trader/trader associated with our growing foreign exchange trading team.
This position will be a member of the comprehensive team of an established group that offers a variety of currency overlay and forex trading services to plan sponsors, investment managers and Russell funds.

This individual will participate directly in the establishment, management and implementation of Forex trading strategies.
Responsibilities will include trade, transaction cost analysis, new customer development and configuration, customer service and system development.
Due to the coverage of rotating geographic equipment, this paper has the potential to cover Asia’s markets for a period of 2 years.

The responsibilities of this position include: trading: Running/Negotiating currency transactions (spots, forwards, options).
New Client configuration: work closely with internal resources (including operations, legal/Compliance, and portfolio managers) to establish new accounts.
Customer service — serve as the primary contact for a subset of customers. Monitor and evaluate the results of the trade.
Forex Trading Opportunities
Report results to customers, answer customer questions, and assist in identifying additional business opportunities.
Systems development: Working with internal and external developers to design, develop and test tools to automate manual functions and improve risk controls.
Transaction Cost Analysis: Work closely with other team members on FX TCA projects.
The successful candidate will have extensive skills and demonstrable experiences, including the following: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics or mathematics. MBA/CFA or progress towards the desired.
2-5 years of experience in relevant currencies.
Knowledge of electronic execution platforms and trading systems
Knowledge of trade costs and settlement practices.
Creative Problem solving skills.
Technology skills, including strong competition with Excel and convenience with database applications.
Proven customer service capabilities.
Analytical, detail-oriented and very precise with numbers with a strong attention to detail.
Composure to act well under pressure and make quick decisions.
Flexible and the ability to thrive at a fast pace, unstructured environment.
